Great product, I recommend it.
The 9 month old female staffy has stopped chomping on any old twigs in the garden, including the fig tree, and has taken solely to these olive wood branches. I thought she would never chomp on to this wood like she trashed the fig tree branches ( potentially poisonous to dogs) . So one week later, the ends look like a well chewed dog treat. She loves them. The wood does not splinter but pulps into what looks like tapioca powder with dog spit. They both love the taste. So after a fight over the branches, with the 4 year old staffy, we had to buy more. Needless to say, she went and buried one somewhere in the garden. So these are now indoor treats only. These are the best chew treat for a staffy breed and keeps them occupied for hours. For any power chewers this will last a good 6 months. The 9 month old staffy destroyed an antler bone in one day ! This olive wood branch is lasting and gets a daily long chew. They both must love the taste, and it seems to be a very good tooth cleaner chew.
Just what the dogs needed as they love chewing on sticks. A natural product is better than plastic chews. Much safer for them to use as a good size and will be buying replacements as needed.
My black cocker spaniel puppy adores these olive wood sticks. She is stick obsessed so I wanted to get something safe for her to chew on. I tried these from Betty & Butch and the Origin olive wood sticks (from another supplier) and these sticks are far and away a superior product. The other one sounds like she's breaking her teeth and it leaves bits all over the carpet whereas the Betty & Butch sticks don't leave a mess, last much longer and don't make me wince (from the sounds) every time she chews them.
I highly recommend these and only wish they had the small version in stock as I'd love to buy more for my furry friend.
both dogs love them
