Thank you for choosing Betty & Butch for your festive shopping needs.

For orders placed before midnight on Sunday, December 17th, rest assured that we're committed to ensuring delivery before Christmas. While we strive for perfection, please be mindful that unforeseen circumstances, such as missed deliveries, may occur (please check your updates for real-time tracking information).

Please be advised that our last delivery for the year is scheduled for Thursday, December 21st. However, this does not guarantee delivery before Pawmas. Normal delivery operations will resume promptly on Thursday, December 28th, and once again on Tuesday, January 2nd.

While we make every effort to meet your expectations, we regret that Betty & Butch cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries during this peak season. To avoid any delays, we encourage you to place your orders as early as possible. Kindly note that our online customer service will be available until 3 pm on Thursday, December 21st.

RETURNS POLICY

All products that leave us are quality checked by two separate team members, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

FOOD ITEMS: 

We pride ourselves on our food items, if you are not happy, please let us know by emailing woof@bettyandbutch.co.uk

TOYS & GAMES:

If a toy or game arrives damaged in transport, please contact us. We do not refund toys that have been damaged by dogs. A dogs natural nature is to explore and in most breeds tear toys apart. Your dogs teeth can chew wood.

Toys left unattended with dogs are going to get destroyed. If your dog destroys the toy quicker than it's last toy, this means your dog was more interested in the newer toy.  We don't sell toys that are indestructible, we wish we did!

UK ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND &  REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

All deliveries to UK Islands, Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland have been suspended until further notice. This is due to courier companies not accepting dog food products. We are working to find a solution.
