Private Appointments (for nervous dogs)
Whether your dog is big or small a trip to Betty and Butch is a must.
The team are on hand to make your beloved friend and yourself feel welcome and cared for. You can stay while your dog is being groomed while we serve you with tea/coffee and chat or pop out and do some shopping.
What to expect for your dog:
Every time you bring your dog to a Betty and Butch store you will be asked what cut/style you want for your dog and offered the best advice from our head groomer. When your dog enters the grooming room they will be assigned a table and trained handler, your dog will be washed and prepared to be clipped by the groomer. During which time your dog will NEVER be placed in a cage and will ONLY be hand dried which we feel is paramount to reducing the dogs' stress.
All our shampoos have been carefully selected from the Betty & Butch range our shampoos are SLS and Paraben free (which can be harsh to your dogs coat) with essential oils and evening primrose oil based. We use finishing sprays (doggy fragrance) from the same range.
